DynaSync architects bespoke enterprise operational infrastructure, custom CRM and ERP platforms, deterministic workflow automations, offline-first edge PWA applications, and single-tenant sovereign data systems for heavy manufacturing and construction operations.
The content, architectural diagrams, metric benchmarks, and interactive demonstrations on this website are provided for technical evaluation, educational, and discovery purposes. Formal engineering builds, service level agreements (SLAs), source code licensing, and milestone deliverables are exclusively governed by a mutually executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).
Website & Public Assets: All visual designs, 3D interactive models, code samples, copywriting, and branding displayed on this website remain the proprietary intellectual property of DynaSync Infrastructure Ltd.
Client Deliverables (CapEx Model): In contrast to multi-tenant SaaS platforms that lease access, custom operational software engineered by DynaSync under commercial contract grants the client 100% permanent asset ownership and code sovereignty, with zero recurring per-user licensing taxes, as formally defined in the applicable SOW.
4.1 Managed Cloud & Backup Vaults: While client codebase and database schemas remain permanent capital assets of the client, active cloud application instances, automated multi-region backup vaults, security patch releases, uptime monitoring, and SLA engineer response are funded strictly by the monthly maintenance retainer.
4.2 Immediate Suspension for Payment Delays: If retainer invoices remain unsettled beyond 14 calendar days past the due date, DynaSync reserves the contractual right to temporarily suspend active managed cloud instances and halt automated disaster-recovery backup pipelines. DynaSync shall not be liable for any operational downtime, shopfloor workflow pauses, or data loss occurring during periods of client-initiated payment freezes.
4.3 Late Payment Interest & Reconnection Fees: Overdue balances shall accrue commercial interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% p.a.) calculated from the invoice due date until receipt of full payment. Reactivation of suspended cloud infrastructure requires clearance of all arrears, accrued penalties, and an administrative cluster re-provisioning fee.
4.4 Self-Hosting Transition: Clients electing to permanently terminate managed support retain full rights to their custom source code and will receive a containerized deployment package (docker-compose) to operate the platform on their private on-premise servers at their own operational and maintenance responsibility.
5.1 Statutory Roles (Fiduciary vs. Processor): For all employee, biometric, and operational data processed within the platform, the client acts as the statutory Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, 2023), bearing the legal obligation to issue statutory notice and secure valid worker consent. DynaSync acts strictly as a Data Processor providing technical operating systems upon the instructions of the client.
5.2 Data Residency & Single-Tenant Isolation: All cloud databases and biometric logs are deployed within Indian territorial jurisdiction (AWS ap-south-1 Mumbai) or on client-owned on-premise hardware. Under no circumstances is client personal or commercial data commingled, shared with third-party data brokers, or routed through multi-tenant public SaaS clusters.
In no event shall DynaSync, its principal architects, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of your access to or inability to access this informational website. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, telecommunications disruptions, edge network latency, or data transmission anomalies outside our direct control.
You agree not to attempt to breach our security perimeters, bypass API rate limiters, inject malicious code or automated scripts, scrape data via headless bots, or reverse-engineer our proprietary Three.js 3D artifacts. We employ automated rate limiters and reserve the right to block offending IP ranges without notice.
